Michel is a serial entrepreneur, private investor, advisor and board member, serving on the boards of public and private companies and private equity funds.
He was co-founder, chairman and CEO of Clear2Pay, a finance technology company focused on global payment solutions, before it was acquired by FIS (Nasdaq: FIS) in 2014. Before Clear2Pay, Michel was founder, CEO and chairman of FICS, a fintech company specialized in online banking and compliance reporting. In 1999, FICS merged with Security First Technologies, creating the leader in Internet banking - S1 Corporation (Nasdaq: SONE), with Michel as its chairman. He also was executive chairman of Data4S, a data analytics specialist, focusing on anti-money laundering applications. The company got acquired in 2004.
Michel holds a M.Sc. in electronic engineering and computer sciences and a degree in economics and finance from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He is multi-lingual and operates worldwide.
Frank is a partner at the Hummingbird Ventures and Big Bang Ventures funds, since inception in 2000.
He currently serves on the board of directors of Amplidata, Awingu, Ciceksepeti, Digitouch, Engagor and Racktivity. He was the chairman of DataCenterTechnologies (acquired by Symantec) and Q-layer (acquired by Sun Microsystems) and a director on the board of Avinity (acquired by ActiveVideo Networks).
Prior, Frank led ExpertEyes in Silicon Valley, where he helped US software companies expand into Europe; spun off a team of developers from a system integrator; created, led, and -eighteen months later- sold the Benelux distributor of Gentia Software; was a sales manager for Comshare Belgium/Luxembourg, and started his career as a consultant with the Cap Gemini Group.
Frank holds Master's degrees in Applied Economics and Accountancy from the University of Gent, Belgium.

Walter Van Uytven has more than 20 years of experience in the ICT sector.Before joining Awingu, Walter worked as Director Cloud & ICT Channels for the Belgacom Group and as CEO of Belgacom Bridging ICT.
Walter was hired by Belgacom in 2009 to bring entrepreneurship and business development expertise to the Belgacom group. Before that, he was the President & CEO of the Belgian Informatics Association and owned an IT integrator company.Walter holds a bachelor degree in both Informatics and Tax Law and an Advanced Management degree of the Vlerick Business School. In January 2014, Walter received the "ICT Channel Personality of the year" award.
Aimé is Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Securitas in Europe since 2010. One of his main objectives is the implementation of Securitas’ strategy to include technology & solutions in the proposed services through the development of new solution concepts, and the evaluation and integration of appropriate acquisitions.
Aimé Lyagre joined Securitas in 2004 as General Manager of Securitas Alert Services in the Netherlands and one year later for the Benelux. In 2007, he became CEO of Securitas Services Belgium and joined Group Management in 2010.
He started his career at Nordson Benelux, worked at Raychem/Tyco and was General Manager at JST Europe, the latter a Japanese multinational specialized in design, production and sales of electrical and electronic connections.
Aimé graduated as an Industrial Engineer and holds a degree in Business Administration as well as a Master’s degree in Industrial Management and Marketing Management.
On 1 April 2014, Phillip Vandervoort joined the Belgacom Group as Chief Consumer Market Officer.
Mr Vandervoort has worked in several important companies, such as Dupont de Nemours International, Union Minière, Interbrew/Inbev, and joined the Microsoft Corporation in 2007.
As General Manager of Microsoft Belgium and Luxembourg, in 2010 he became Partner and General Manager Business Strategy, Marketing & Operations Microsoft for Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
Mr Vandervoort is an industrial engineer and has a degree in business administration.
