We are looking for a talented and competitive colleague to join our Customer Success team as a full-time Pre-Sales / Customer Success engineer. This role is a highly varied position at an International Software Vendor that requires both technical and sales skills. We are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of technical or pre-sales experience in the world of digital workplaces (Citrix, VMware, Microsoft RDS, WVD, … )
The main responsibilities are to help our own sales teams but also our partners in successfully signing up and onboarding customers onto the Awingu software. This includes helping them during the pre-sales calls/meetings but also setting up technical proof-of-concepts at end-customers and technical follow-up of the larger customers during their complete Awingu experience. The goal of the customer success team is to make sure the Customer has not only a great product but also a great experience.
