MAY 9TH, 2019 - GHELAMCO ARENA, GHENT
12:00 AM - 07:30 PM CET
The future of work is here, and it’s one where you can work anywhere, at any time, from any device.
Work is no longer a place. As technology continues to evolve, so does the way we work – and where we do it. There is a continuously growing demand for digital workplaces that allow more flexibility, mobility, productivity, and time-efficiency. Securing a device-agnostic access to all of your business processes is one of the key drivers of digital transformation.
If you wish to succeed as a company, you can’t fall behind.
Join us at the Digital Workplace Summit 2019 – by Awingu for a day of learning about these new technologies and how to steer your company towards the new direction work is taking.
This event is free of charge.

Michel De Coster
Beyond the ‘Digital’ Workplace
Communication Beyond the 'Digital' Workspace
Michel De Coster (1962) is known as the bass player of De Mens. But in his daily life, he is manager, coach and advisor of companies. He earned his stripes in the ICT sector. Successively at Bosch Telecom, COLT, BT and Belgacom where he became Executive Vice-President in 2008. After that, he went on a consultancy tour as an independent advisor to companies and, together with his wife, started a specialist store in triathlon and bicycles. At the end of 2013 he reappears with the French telecom operator SFR as Commercial Director and since the summer of 2015 he is back in advising and coaching at Accenture, SAP, SAS and others. In 2012 he wrote the book "No Nonsense: brains, heart and guts, the assets of the modern manager" and in 2018 "People Peppers" appeared on the importance of empathy.
Every organization is a network in which people constantly communicate with each other. The added value of this human interaction has become even more important in our digital world. Good human contact then makes the difference.
Not only during difficult negotiations and difficult meetings but also in daily contact it is important that communication goes well.
Michel De Coster gives no-nonsense tips for those who want to learn to communicate better and to convey his message, at every level of the organization. Without stage but with result. A keynote as a practical guide, not only for managers and sales people.
