Help! I can’t log in to my workspace!
It is important to know that Awingu (the company) does not manage your workspace. Everything happens on the servers of choice of your company, and is managed by them.
If you cannot log into your workspace (i.e. if your username and password don’t work), it is best that you contact your own administrator. The same thing goes for resetting your MFA token if you have, for example, lost your phone. We do not have any access to your environment and cannot help you with this issue – only your IT department can.
